Tanmayi is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, 200hr Ayuryoga RYT, and graduate of the Ayurvedic Institute. Tanmayi is passionate about offering Ayurvedic wisdom in an accessible, straightforward way that reaches the depth of her client’s needs. She began her journey in the realms of health when she was a tween, curious why she was having difficulty digesting both food and emotions. She followed this curiosity through many methods of healing and found Ayurveda to encompass a truly holistic roadmap for healing. To further expand her ability to share Ayurveda, Tanmayi is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Ayurveda program with Dr. Lad. Tanmayi also enjoys creating nourishing meals and caters for large retreats. She is inspired by the ocean, forests and dancing.
