Description
Call length is pre-set in two ways:
- 90min Initial Consultation (if this is your first ever call)
- Initial consultation is a 90min long call with your chosen Ayurvedic Counselor where you assess your unique needs, health risks, and focus areas based on your Dosha type. It includes initial assessment to help identify personalized food, herbs, and wellness practices to a healthier and better you.
- 45min Follow up Call (if this is your follow up call)
- This is a following type of call that you can take after the initial consultation to check in with your Ayurvedic Counselor, ask further questions and keep improving your health and wellbeing with their guidance.
