Sarah Kruse is a NAMA Board Certified Ayurvedic Doctor who has been committed to serving her clients, the community and world with Ayurveda for over 24 years. She specializes in helping people improve their digestion, metabolism, sleep, hormones, skin health and energy levels. She has been fortunate to study with Dr. Vasant Lad and other Ayurvedic doctors in India. She lives in Cannon Beach, Oregon with her family and Australian Shepherd puppy, where they love to hike the beaches and coastal forests. Sarah’s daily practice is to keep the joyful balance between her work, daughter and personal fulfilment. She believes that when we heal ourselves, the whole of humanity thrives.
