Hillary Hawkins, AHC

Hillary’s background in public relations and marketing has given her experience in almost every industry. Thus, witnessing almost everything humans do to excel and ignore the mental and physical body. Starting out at Warner Bros. Records as a publicist and brand partnerships manager, representing 30+ artists, left her depleted. Cut to the standard Los Angeles story – she found herself quitting her job and taking a 200hr yoga training course. To pay the bills, Hillary maintained freelance work in PR and marketing, but her true passion lied in wellness. She began self study in Ayurveda, daily practice of yoga and meditation, 300hr yoga teacher training in Bali, and as her spirituality grew, the less passionate she became to represent and promote a lifestyle she did not believe in. Cut to 10 years later, COVID times, she took the leap and joined Dancing Shiva School of Ayurveda. From April 2020 to now, every moment is dedicated to living a balanced lifestyle and sharing the wisdom with those open to exploring themselves. January/February 2023, Hillary spent 6 weeks in India, 4 of which spent specializing her studied on women’s health and Garbha Sanskar. Her realistic approach to integrating modern day life with ancient sciences is her ultimate strength. Find your inner peace in today’s world, without having to leave reality.
