Your consultation is a private one-on-one deep dive into you and your wellbeing. So firstly, make sure you’re in a quiet and comfortable space that allows for deep focus and introspection.
You’ll also want to prepare any relevant materials your consultant can review to get a better understanding of you: including lab results, allergy information, and food diaries.
Finally, you’ll want to take plenty of notes – so make sure you have a notebook and pen at hand.
Once you book your call, you’ll receive an email with the call details including a link to cancel it for any reason. Please, be mindful of practitioner’s time as well and cancel it at least 48h prior to the scheduled time.Â
If you have any questions after your session, you can communicate with your consultant through our telehealth platform. Additionally, when you book a call, you will see your consultant’s email address in the confirmation email, so you might reach out if you have questions before your session.Â
