Ayurvedic Health Counselor
Courtney is a graduate of the Mādhya Way School for Ayurveda, a student of the Minnesota Institute of Ayurveda, and a massage therapist with a background in social work and yoga. She specializes in addressing digestive issues and their impact on mental health, in addition to body image, reproductive and hormonal issues, and the underlying trauma that often causes them. Courtney draws on her own healing journey to help clients with empathy and kindness.
A graduate of Dr. Vasant Lad’s Ayurvedic Institute, Marisa has counseled people from all walks of life in areas including depression, insomnia, grief, addiction, weight loss, and menopause. She delivers results by focusing on the fundamentals of wellness: from nutrition and lifestyle, to movement, meditation, and breathwork. Marisa is currently pursuing a certification in Ayurvedic Sacred Bodywork, and is committed to enhancing the life of every client she serves.
