21 mornings of Ayurvedic practice built for your constitution (prakriti) — not averaged across someone else’s. Five minutes. One page. One practice a morning, type-specific from Day 1. By Day 21: three rituals you’ll still be doing at Day 180, and a clear answer to “what does my type actually need?”
Your digestion is unpredictable. Your energy comes and goes. You’re waking up tired again — despite eight hours in bed. You’ve tried a lot. Calm, Oura, clean eating, a functional doctor, more than one dosha quiz. Something clicked for a week. Then you fell off. This is the gap those things don’t fill.

When we surveyed 438 people in our community, the top three obstacle answers — combined — were nearly two-thirds (66.7%).
Read those again. That’s not a time problem. It’s not a money problem. It’s not a skepticism problem. It’s a structure problem. You have access to everything. You’ve taken the quiz. You were told you’re Pitta-Vata, or Kapha, or whatever the algorithm decided. Then what?
A 21-day guided practice that shows you how to live by your Ayurvedic constitution — not just know what it is.
One page a day. One practice. One reflection. Twenty minutes in the morning. Type-specific from Day 1. Not a course. Not more information. A practice.
So you actually do it. One page in community each morning. 4–6 minute read. One practice. One reflection — short enough that you don’t skip, specific enough that it moves the needle.
So the why sticks, not just the what. One 3–5 minute video from Amish each day — recorded specifically for this cohort. Every video is also available as audio for the days you’d rather listen while walking, driving, or making tea. About 105 minutes total across the 21 days.
So your actual questions get answered. Tuesday, May 26 at 12 PM PT. Mid-protocol check-in with Amish. Bring what’s working, what isn’t, what you want checked. Replay available 72 hours.
So Day 21 isn’t guesswork. Day 1 intake → Day 20 outtake. Prakriti/vikriti worksheet. Agni and ama (its residue when digestion falters) check-ins. Three-practices decision sheet — written answers, not vibes.
So the practice has witnesses. 21-day cohort running alongside you. Share your three practices. Amish checks in across the closing week. Use it if it helps you; skip it if it doesn’t.
So you have a permanent reference. A 65-page PDF with every day’s teaching, the full Sanskrit glossary, and five infographics (three doshas, dosha clock, agni states, dhatu chain, abhyanga spots). Your permanent reference — yours to revisit any time a new season or phase of life opens up.
Days 1–7
You learn to distinguish who you were born to be from who you’re walking around with today. Prakriti vs. vikriti. Morning practice goes in. Oil practice goes in. Observation becomes a skill.
By Day 7: you can state your prakriti in one sentence, observe your vikriti in real time, and you’ve run a morning practice for five days in a row.
Days 8–14
Agni — the digestive fire. Ama — the residue of incomplete digestion. Meal timing. Type-specific food guidance (Vata / Pitta / Kapha). The live Q&A with Amish opens this week on Day 8 — 60 minutes, mid-cohort. This is where most of you will feel the biggest change.
By the end of Week 2: you can name the four agni states, identify yours, and you’ve eaten on a dinacharya-aligned rhythm for several days.
Days 15–21
Ratricharya — the evening practice most people skip. Ojas — the actual goal. Ritucharya — the seasonal layer. Then the Day 18 decision: which three practices earned their place?
By Day 21: you can name your prakriti and current vikriti, execute a morning practice without thinking, and you have three practices — specific to you — that will still be in your life six months from now.
Founder of The Natural Law. Not a Vaidya, not a swami, not here to guide you to enlightenment. He’s here to teach what he actually does.
In his own words.
Celiac disease. Stomach ulcers. Chronic bloating. Indigestion. And so much gut pain, I could barely function.
After countless doctor’s appointments, I was prescribed a battery of pills and treatments. None of it worked. I was still in constant pain, endlessly drained, and spending too many days stuck in bed, missing out on life. I knew I couldn’t go on this way — and that’s when I began working with a team of seasoned Ayurvedic doctors.
What they showed me wasn’t a supplement, a diet, or a new pill. It was a system: a rhythm of daily practices matched to my body, my season, and the way my nervous system actually worked. Not what a protocol said I should do, but what my constitution — my prakriti — needed.
Thanks to Ayurveda, my gut and my life were completely transformed. Today, my sincere goal is to help you experience that same transformation — not through more information, but through the practice of actually living it.
That’s what The Dosha Protocol is.
10+ years of daily Ayurvedic practice. Completed Panchakarma. Pitta-Vata constitution. Celiac disease since his youth — which is how he found Ayurveda. Hoffman Process graduate. TM practitioner. Multiple Vipassana retreats.
Ayurveda is ancient. Peer-reviewed research is actively catching up. Here's what journals have published recently on the specific concepts this protocol teaches — named, not hand-waved.

The Dosha Protocol is our first cohort — so we can’t share protocol-specific stories yet. Below are students of Amish’s other Ayurvedic work, in their own words. These are the people we built this for.
“The Natural Law has completely changed the way I look at health. Everything they share is simple, clear, and makes so much sense. I’ve started making small changes in my daily routine based on what I learned here, and I already feel more grounded and energized. It feels like real wisdom that you can actually use in your everyday life.”
— Jon S., TNL member
“What I love most about The Natural Law is how easy they make everything to understand. I always thought Ayurveda was complicated, but through their content and quizzes I finally get it. I learned why my digestion was off, and just by following a few of their tips, I feel lighter, calmer, and more balanced. It’s like they give you the missing pieces you’ve been looking for.”
— Laura P., TNL member
“The Natural Law is a breath of fresh air. The way they explain things just clicks — it’s not overwhelming, it’s practical and inspiring. I feel like I’ve learned more about my body and mind in a few weeks than I did in years of trying to figure it out on my own. Honestly, it feels less like learning and more like remembering what life is really about.”
— Chris I., TNL member
These are not reviews of the Dosha Protocol. They are public endorsements of Amish’s Ayurvedic teaching, by professionals who have a deep, practical, and historical understanding of Ayurveda.
“Ayurveda’s ‘time’ has come. With our epidemic of chronic disease, and too few resources for so many ill citizens, even America — with its enormous health expenditure per capita — needs Ayurveda now.”
— Nancy Lonsdorf, MD · Leading integrative physician, author, speaker & educator
“This ancient wisdom is what the world has been hungry for.”
— J.J. Virgin · Holistic Nutrition Expert, Certified Personal Trainer
“I personally was suffering years ago from disharmonies, and some simple changes in my lifestyle helped me.”
— Somayeh Sabery · Natural Law film audience

Most people are dual-doshic. The protocol is built for combos. Week 1, Day 3 teaches you how to distinguish prakriti (stable) from vikriti (what’s loudest right now) so you know which the protocol should work on first.
Three things. First: it’s 21 days, not unlimited. There’s an end point. Second: it’s type-specific, not generic. You are not being given the same morning routine as everyone else. Third: Day 18 asks you to pick three practices to keep. Three practices you actually keep beats twelve you abandon.
The protocol is 20 minutes a morning. For most, 15 of those minutes already exist — you’re already on your phone for 45 minutes before noon. The protocol is partly a replacement, not an addition. If you truly cannot do 20 minutes for 21 days, wait until you can. The refund stands.
The Dosha Protocol is a lifestyle program — dinacharya, food timing, breathing, self-massage. It does not replace medical care. If you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, are taking medication, or have any other health situation, consult your provider before starting.
Replay is available for 72 hours. You can also submit questions in advance, and Amish addresses themes from the submitted questions during the call.
The Dosha Protocol is a 21-day practice. Master Your Dosha is a comprehensive education course — longer, deeper, no time-boxing. If you want to understand the full Ayurvedic system in depth, go to Master Your Dosha. If you want to DO something starting May 19, this is it.
Both — and that’s not a contradiction in Ayurveda. The Protocol cites peer-reviewed research where relevant (Frontiers in Medicine 2025, Explore 2022, Nutrients 2025). It also cites classical texts (Caraka Samhita, Ashtanga Hridayam) because they’re older than the science and often more integrated.
Take the free Dosha Quiz at quiz.thenaturallaw.com/pwyw before the protocol starts. Day 1 assumes you have a quiz result. Your Week 1 work will sharpen the answer — because vikriti moves.
